Question 1

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Indoor arenas play rain or shine. Outdoor amphitheaters rarely cancel for a shower — bring a light layer and check the venue feed.

Question 2

How do accessible seats work?

Accepted Answer

ADA and companion seats are a separate inventory on the ticket page. Call the venue if you need a specific entry or wheelchair companion.

Question 3

Can I bring a camera?

Accepted Answer

Phone cameras are fine. Pro lenses and detachable cameras are usually blocked at security.

Question 4

Where is rideshare drop-off?

Accepted Answer

Set the pin a block off the main plaza. After the encore, walk one extra block so you are not stuck in the snarl.

Question 5

Do I need my ID?

Accepted Answer

Yes if you buy or pick up at will-call, and if the listing is marked 21+. Mobile tickets still match the name on the order.

Question 6

Is re-entry allowed?

Accepted Answer

Many arenas are no re-entry once you scan in. Eat and grab merch with that in mind.

Question 7

When do doors open?

Accepted Answer

Doors are usually 60 minutes before showtime listed on this page. Arrive earlier if you need merch or accessible seating.

Question 8

Can I tailgate?

Accepted Answer

Only where the venue parking page allows it. Downtown garages usually do not. Use the parking links on this page.

Question 9

Are kids allowed?

Accepted Answer

All ages is typical for TobyMac. A child who needs a seat needs a ticket. Confirm on the ticket listing.

Question 10

What is the bag policy at FaithFest Events Complex?

Accepted Answer

Most arenas use a clear-bag rule with a small clutch allowed. Leave backpacks in the car.

Question 11

Are last minute TobyMac tickets still available?

Accepted Answer

If leftover seats are listed on this page, last minute tickets are still available for this show. Use View tickets to buy the leftover sections.

Question 12

Is there a last minute deal?

Accepted Answer

Listed prices move in the last 24 hours. The leftover inventory and lowest listed price on this page are the last minute deal you can actually buy. If inventory is still available, check out now.

Question 13

Can I transfer tickets to a friend?

Accepted Answer

Transfer depends on the listing. If you need two phones at the gate, complete transfer before you split up.

Question 14

Is payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the View tickets button on this page. Do not send payment off-platform or over text.

Question 15

What if the show is tonight?

Accepted Answer

Checkout first, then drive. Do not wait for a PDF in your inbox at the gate — have the mobile tickets on your phone before you park.

Question 16

What if delivery is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Check the confirmation email and the order page. If the show is the same day, screenshot barcodes as soon as they appear.

Question 17

How do I know the tickets are real?

Accepted Answer

You buy through our city ticket site for this venue and showtime, not a random classifieds post. Keep the order confirmation.

Question 18

How fast will I get my TobyMac tickets?

Accepted Answer

Most orders on the city ticket page deliver to mobile or email within minutes. Instant delivery is the default for leftover inventory.
